The Seer and the Unseen

Ragnhildur “Ragga” Jónsdóttir is a seer who communicates with a parallel realm of elves and invisible spirits. Her clientele includes politicians and businesses, rushing to consult with her before any major land transaction. When Ragga receives a calling to serve as nature’s herald, she embarks on a journey to protect a lava field about to be razed by road construction – yet another greedy project in the wake of Iceland’s financial meltdown. Set against the unearthly Nordic landscape, this mystical documentary explores the unseen forces that taint our world, revealing not only what is worth seeing but also what is worth saving.
