Nurit Jacobs Yinon at the 5th Peloponnisos International Documentary Festival

Nurit Jacobs Yinon talks about "Nazareth Cinema Lady" her documentary that was screened at the 5th Peloponnisos International Documentary Festival, which was about Safa Dabour, a Muslim woman from Nazareth who founded the first and unique Arabian cinema in Israel and the problems she faced in her endeavor.

She then talks about her next project and concerns the Judaic community of Israel and the exclusion against "mamzer", as they call the children outside marriage, or the children of mixed marriages; Those children or their descendants can never join the community of judeists - Something that is a big taboo in the Jewish community. The documentary is essentially an attempt to understand the boundaries of the community, but also raise awareness about this unfair exclusion.
