Portuguese Sea

(Fernando Pessoa) Eighteen years after Zombietown 23, twelve after The Master Person Tapes and two years after Lisbon Revisited, Portuguese Sea returns to the writings of poet Fernando Pessoa. These last two films have in common the use of three-dimensional technology, so as to awe the viewer. From a green universe, with luxurious vegetation and multiple heteronyms in Lisbon Revisited, we go to the blue universe of the sea, the kindom of fishermen and sea creatures, with texts from Pessoa’s Message, the only book that was released during his lifetime.
