By the time the peace agreement between the Colombian government and FARC-EP was signed (December 2016), a group of more than 200 rebels of the 6th Front entered a Transition and Normalisation Zone in Monteredondo, Cauca. The filmmaker entered this camp in January 2017 and followed several FARC rebels in their demobilisation process throughout the coming year. The rebels talk about their experiences during the war, the reasons for joining the guerrilla, and their dreams for the future. Throughout the documentary we see how they prepare themselves for a life without arms. But insecurities arise when armed groups get closer to the demobilization camp, and the government seems unable to fulfil its promises of Peace and wellbeing to the former combatants.

In the 1990s many people in Kurdistan were taken into custody and interrogated under torture; their killers disposed of the bodies by throwing them out of helicopters, or burying them in acid-filled wells. Thousands were murdered/disappeared by paramilitary forces—such as Jitem and Hizbul-Kontra—that were financed and supported by the state, though they have always stuck to the line: “We didn’t do it.” The documentary ‘BÎR’ looks at the case of seven people, including four children, who were disappeared from the town of Kerboran [Dargeçit] in 1995, and tells the story of their families’ tireless search for their bones.

Within the framework of the side events of the 5 th Peloponnisos International Documentary Festival, a comics and illustration group exhibition entitled "En Aithria 9" is taking place at Cine Cinema.
In its 9 th year, the exhibition presents unpublished works of 84 Greek creators. The series of exhibitions "En Aithria 9" is an initiative of the painter and comics creator Gavrilis Tobalidis, combining in one place works of well-known Greek comics designers with those of upcoming talented artists. Working on independent topics, the participants represent a wide spectrum of styles and schools, in an attempt to depict the creativity of Greek artists and the ones who motivate them.
Some of the artists who are taking part in this edition are: Eirini Aggelidou ( Fokshee), Dimitris Agarai, Dimitra Adamopoulou, Spyros- Evaggelos Armenis, Dimitris Vanellis and Thanasis Petrou, Eygenia Vereli, Panagiotis Vlamis, Vasilis Gerkou and Aggelos Papoutsis, Dennis Yatras, Tomek Yovannis, Michalis Katoglou, Dafne Keskinidou, Thomas Kefalas, Stavors Kioutsoukis. Curators of the exhibition are Dimitris Sakaridis, Elias Katirtziyianoglou, Melandros Ganas.
