Σέρτζιο Γκαρθία Λοκατέλι

Lima, Peru 1978. Graduated from the Faculty of Communications of the University of Lima. Diploma in Screenwriting and Direction of Documentary Film by the Madrid Film Institute (NIC). Studies in Script in the School of Writers. Member of the Cinema Academy and the Filmmakers Union from Spain and the Volunteers Cinema Association from Peru. He collaborates as programmer of documentary cinema Iberoamericano of the tapas hall of the Festival DOCFEED of Eindhoven - Holland. He also participates in the program of the Etnografilm Festival in Paris - France.
